It has always been important to Skamouth that we bring you the very best local spinners as well as the others from farther afield. In Steve we have been so lucky that not only does he represent a local spinner but also a nationally known one – a self-confessed Vinyl addict and a Co-Founder of All Our Yesterdays – the best and Longest Running Mod Night in Norwich, now entering their 20th ever more successful year.
Steve is generally considered to be one of the best local Mod/Scooterist scene D.J.’s in the area so We have a spinner who is not only very well connected to the local scene, but a spinner who is in no small way responsible for many of local events and a core part of the good things happening in the Norwich area, He is one of the originators.
Steve has been Spinning Black Circles since 1985 to the massive Mod/Scooterist crowd & his name is known up & down the country. As one of the founder members of All our Yesterday’s, Steve has played a major part in making these nights the best around for miles. You can expect to hear him play 60s Mod RnB, soul and some beat, hammond and jazz / latin and the odd “classic” thrown in. If you want to sample All our yesterdays it runs run from 8 til midnight and it’s FREE Entry. It’s held at The Rumsey Wells in the centre of Norwich.
On top of his work with All our yesterdays, Steve is a sought spinner when there is a need for a top notch 60s, Mod, RnB and soul sound and has played at many local festivals as well as those further afield.
